How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2pm ET should be processed and shipped by the next business day.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all domestic orders $50 and above. Additional shipping costs will be calculated by zip code or country at checkout.
How will I know when my order ships?
We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
What happens when my item is backordered?
Items that aren't available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We'll provide you with an approximate ship date, and we'll email you if the date changes.
Can I be notified when an item is restocked?
Email customerservice@ashtonparsley.com to let us know you’re interested in a sold-out item. You’ll be the first to know when it restocks!
What methods of payment can I use?
ABP Merch accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payment cards, as well as personal or business checking and savings account EFTs (Electronic Funds Transfers).
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
It depends where your order is being shipped. The website will automatically calculate sales tax and display it in the pricing breakdown at checkout.
Can I order an ABP Merch Gift Card?
ABP Merch does not offer gift cards, currently. Stay tuned for this opportunity!
Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
All sales are final. Try spreading the love by gifting it!
What do I do if I didn't receive a shipment?
If you're missing items or shipments, contact us within 30 days of ship date. Email customerservice@ashtonparsley.com with your order number and details.
What if I receive a size other than what I ordered?
If you receive a different size or product than what you ordered contact us within 30 days of ship date. Email customerservice@ashtonparsley.com with your order number and details. We’ll make sure you get what you ordered!
What if items are missing from my order?
If you're missing items from your order contact us within 30 days of ship date. Email customerservice@ashtonparsley.com with your order number and details. We’ll make it right!
How much is shipping for an international purchase?
The price of shipping depends on where the order is headed. At checkout, the website will automatically calculate the price of shipping and will display it in the price breakdown before you confirm payment.
